Privacy Policy

Information we handle

• Account details. The name or email address and password hash of people we invite to sign in.
• Google user data. If you connect a Google account, the data described in the next section.
• Website and SEO data. The settings of the websites we manage, plus results the app produces, such as rankings, backlinks, audits and reports.

Google user data

When you connect a Google account, Agentic SEO requests access to the following, and only for the stated purpose:

• Google Search Console (read-only) — search performance (clicks, impressions, click-through rate, position, by query, page, country and device), indexing status and sitemaps, to build reports and keyword analysis for the connected website.
• Google Analytics (read-only) — traffic, engagement and conversion figures for the connected property, to build reports and combine them with search data.
• Google Drive (files created by the app only) — to save generated reports and exports to a folder you choose. The app cannot open or list any other file in your Drive.

We use this data only to provide and improve these user-facing reporting and analysis features. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train generalised artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

Aussie Marketers’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How data is stored and protected

• Data is stored on a server operated by Aussie Marketers. It is not published and is not visible to other clients.
• Access to the app is by invitation only and requires a signed-in account. Connections are made over HTTPS.
• Google data stays on that server and is read by people only to deliver the service, for example when Aussie Marketers prepares a report for the website owner it relates to.
• The server is backed up daily, and backups are rotated rather than kept indefinitely.

Who we share data with

We do not sell personal information or Google user data. We share data only where it is needed to run a feature you have asked for:

• AI analysis. When you ask the app to analyse your data, the relevant extract (for example a list of search queries and their performance) is sent to an AI model provider to produce the analysis.
• SEO data providers. Features such as rank tracking, keyword research and backlink checks send keywords or website addresses to the corresponding third-party SEO data service.
• Hosting. Our infrastructure provider hosts the server the app runs on.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

These providers receive only what a feature needs to run.

Retention and deletion

• Search and analytics history is kept for as long as the website is a client of Aussie Marketers, so that long-term trends can be reported.
• You can disconnect Agentic SEO at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Access then stops immediately.
• To have your account and the Google data we hold for you deleted, email aussiemarketers@gmail.com. We will delete it, except where we are required by law to keep something.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date above. If a change affects how we use Google user data we will ask for your consent again where the law or Google’s policies require it.
